The Du / Lawler house is a kitchen / dining / living room extension to a federation house in the heritage suburb of Haberfield. The council required that any extension was to read as a similar form to the standard cement sheet lean-to. This extension was designed on this basis, that it read like a shed or lean-to, using 9mm cfc sheets in a clear finish with expressed joints and hex head screws.
